We will happily accept the merchandise back if it is in original packaging and in new condition within 30 days of delivery. If there are damaged items, they must be returned with 30 days of delivery as well.

Refunds are based on the following criteria:

• New and unopened, unused. A full refund is issued minus shipping.
• If box is opened, and the item is in new condition, refund depends on inspection of results, minus shipping.
• Soiled, damaged, and/or missing parts will not receive a refund.

Cancellations:

Customer care specialists are available Monday thru Friday 9-4pm MST, via email or phone, and can assist in any cancellations. Phone or e-mail messages requesting an order be changed or cancelled received after business hours will be addressed the following business day.

Credit card orders need to be cancelled the day they were placed, before 3:00pm Eastern time, Merchant fees kidsandpetsfurniture incurs for credit card cancellations will be deducted from the refund. Merchant transaction fees are as follows:

• American Express-6.8% of total purchase price
• Discover-4.8% of total purchase price

If an order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, it will be considered a return. Shipping and all associated costs will be deducted from the refund.
